This is how you get to your Siller stairs:
1) Request
Are you interested in our stairs or are you working on a project where you need constructive support? Then simply send us the complete construction plans and/or sketches of your designs and we will contact you immediately. We are happy to assist you with both new construction projects and renovations. “A picture says more than 1000 words” – Take some pictures of the current installation situation and describe your wishes to us. We would be happy to advise you first by telephone and later on site to find your ideal solution.
2) Offer
After we have received all the necessary information, we will send you a free, non-binding offer. Since there are often long distances between you and us, we ask for your understanding that we can only meet in person after you have agreed to our offer.Or is your project on the borderline of what is possible or impossible? With our feasibility study we can answer your questions.
3) Commissioning
Sign our offer and give us the billing and delivery address. And here we go!
4) Order processing
One of our planners develops the structural concept of the stairs and plans all visible and invisible details to size. We will send you PDF and DWG drawings that you and/or your architect must approve before the stairs are produced according to your specifications. We would also be happy to provide you with photorealistic 3D drawings so that you can imagine the stairs even better. Find out more about this from our Design Service. Static functionality and individual verifications play a major role, especially in public construction and for individual productions at the limits of what is possible. The stairs not only have to look good but also meet all legal regulations and physical limits. Depending on the requirements and the respective country regulations, we work closely with a local structural engineer during the planning phase. This ensures that regional regulations are adhered to and material thicknesses are correctly determined according to the requirements for commercial or private construction projects. If you carry out a feasibility study with us, these details will of course be clarified before the project is carried out.
5) Delivery and assembly
Delivery
Siller staircases are delivered all over the world with reliable and international transport companies. Please note that the transport time can be between one day and 6 weeks depending on the destination country. Please contact us in good time so that the stairs arrive on site on time.
Assembly
Our trained and highly experienced assembly team travels all over the world to offer you the best possible service and warranty. However, depending on the order volume and complexity of the project, it is advisable to commission a local craftsman for the assembly. International assembly can usually be carried out with an order volume of €20,000 or more (excluding cantilever staircases; assembly within Europe with an order volume of €10,000 to €15,000 is possible)Our tip: We would also be happy to send you a supervisor who will supervise and guide your craftsmen on site during the assembly. So your project is in good hands!
