Your route to a Siller staircase:
1) Enquiry
Are you interested in our staircases, or are you working on a project for which you need structural design support? Simply send us the complete building plans and/or sketches of your designs, and we will be in touch promptly. We are pleased to assist with both new-build and refurbishment projects. “A picture is worth a thousand words” – Take a few photographs of the existing site conditions and describe what you would like. We will be happy to advise you initially by telephone and later on site to identify your ideal solution.
2) Quotation
Once we have received all the information required, we will send you a free, no-obligation quotation. As we are often located a considerable distance apart, we ask for your understanding that a face-to-face meeting can only be arranged once you have accepted our quotation.Or is your project at the very limits of what may be achievable? Our feasibility study can answer your questions.
3) Appointment
Sign our quotation and provide your invoice and delivery addresses. Then we can begin!
4) Project Delivery
One of our designers develops the staircase’s structural concept and plans every visible and concealed detail to the correct dimensions. We send you PDF and DWG drawings, which you and/or your architect must approve before the staircase is manufactured to your requirements. We can also supply photorealistic 3D visualisations, allowing you to picture the staircase more clearly. Find out more about our Design Service. Structural integrity and project-specific calculations are especially important in public-sector construction and for bespoke designs at the limits of what is technically feasible. The staircase must not only look outstanding but also satisfy all statutory requirements and physical constraints. Depending on the project requirements and the regulations in the relevant country, we work closely with a local structural engineer during the design phase. This ensures that regional regulations are met and that material thicknesses are correctly specified for commercial or residential building projects. If you undertake a feasibility study with us, these details will naturally be resolved before the project is implemented.
5) Delivery and Installation
Delivery
Siller staircases are delivered worldwide by reliable international haulage companies. Please note that transit times can range from one day to 6 weeks, depending on the destination country. Please contact us in good time so that your staircase reaches the construction site as scheduled.
Installation
Our trained and highly experienced installation team travels worldwide to provide the best possible service and warranty cover. Depending on the contract value and complexity of the project, however, it may be advisable to appoint a local tradesperson to carry out the installation. International installation can generally be undertaken for contracts valued at €20,000 or more (cantilever staircases are excluded; within Europe, installation may be possible for contract values of €10,000 to €15,000)Our tip: We can also send a supervisor to oversee and instruct your tradespeople during the on-site installation. This means your project is in safe hands from start to finish!

We naturally provide a warranty period in line with the laws of the relevant country. In addition, we assure you that we will always be available should any problems arise or if you have requests for improvements.
