Partnership Under Our Licensing Scheme
Siller Treppen is a renowned manufacturer of high-quality staircases, known for innovation, quality and distinctive design. To drive our continued growth, we are looking for committed partners (m/f/d) who would like to become part of our international network. We offer you the opportunity to benefit from our successful licensing scheme and represent Siller Treppen in your region.
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing an independent Siller Treppen sales operation in your region
- Taking responsibility for the sale of our high-quality staircase solutions to local staircase suppliers and manufacturers
- Winning new clients and continually developing the existing client base
- Fitting the products sold
- Working closely with Siller Treppen's head office to share information and help secure the network's success
Your profile:
- A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the staircase, construction or a related sector
- An entrepreneurial outlook and approach, with the ambition to establish and manage your own business
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, together with an understanding of customer relationship management
- A willingness to travel regularly within your region and internationally where required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with a variety of contacts
- A good working knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, experience of CRM systems
- A keen eye for detail across every area
