As a traditional family firm with over 60 years’ experience in staircase manufacture and installation, the company has passed through many stages of development.
Having begun as a timber manufacturer with 35 production employees, Siller has become increasingly specialised over recent years. Individual staircase components have progressively been outsourced to other specialist craft businesses that are the best in their respective fields. This has enabled Siller to concentrate ever more closely on design and product development. The outcome of this evolution is a greater number of outstanding designs brought to market using innovative technology and new materials. We always work on the principle that collaboration with our partners must be conducted to high social and ethical standards. We maintain exceptionally exacting standards for the workmanship of both the materials and the finished product. In return, we pay a fair price that enables every business to remunerate its employees appropriately for their work. We expect the same from our clients.
Prototypes and individual staircase components are developed in our own workshop with the involvement of Mr. Siller and our head of technical operations.
Siller staircases are supplied to almost every part of the world. Our designs and materials range from traditional choices such as timber, steel and glass to unusual materials such as Corian and carbon fibre, together with sophisticated metal finishes such as bronze and platinum. Depending on the project location and the materials specified, we collaborate with the most suitable workshops to achieve an impeccable result. Siller contributes its own expertise and co-ordinates the work of the different manufacturers. Our partners are exclusively European craft enterprises employing between 10 and 40 people. This scale ensures sufficient flexibility within the production process to fulfil our clients’ more exceptional requirements.
