Location: Munich, potentially with a dedicated workplace; home working possible throughout Germany
We are looking for a student or part-time member of staff who would like to earn some additional income and has experience with and enjoys using modern communication channels such as social media and the internet in general. Ideally, the successful applicant will bring marketing or online marketing experience that can be applied to the role. The ability to work on your own initiative and organise your time independently is essential. Fitter (joiner/metalworker) for Siller Treppen
About us: Siller Treppen is a renowned Meran-based manufacturer of high-quality staircases and balustrades. Our staircases are both functional and aesthetically refined, and each is made to meet the client’s individual requirements. Quality, innovation and customer satisfaction are central to everything we do. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and committed fitter to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
- Fitting staircases and balustrades in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Ensuring precise installation to a high standard
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on our products
- Advising clients and resolving technical queries on site
- Adhering to safety regulations and quality standards
Your experience and skills:
- Completed apprenticeship or vocational training as a joiner or metalworker
- Experience fitting staircases or similar products would be an advantage
- Excellent practical skills and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to the role
- A customer-focused outlook and excellent teamworking skills
- Category B driving licence desirable
- Willingness to travel—installations take place worldwide

Sales and Project Management:
Siller Treppen is a leading manufacturer of high-quality staircases, synonymous with innovation, quality and design. We are looking for a committed and experienced professional (m/f/d) to join our sales and project management team.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking independent responsibility for managing and developing our UK and international client relationships
- Winning new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Preparing and negotiating quotations, orders and contracts
- Managing staircase projects from initial planning through to successful delivery
- Working closely with our production team and other specialist departments
- Monitoring the market, identifying new trends and carrying out competitor analysis
Your experience and skills:
- A degree or comparable qualification in sales, project management or a related discipline
- Several years’ professional experience in sales and project management, ideally within construction or a similar sector
- A strong customer focus and excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, enabling you to manage several projects successfully at once
- Strong communication and teamworking skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, experience of CRM systems
