Step One: Its Origins in the Alps We take you on an unforgettable journey into the heart of the Alps. A visit to the Lasa Marmo quarry is an experience in itself. You will see at first hand how the marble for your staircase is extracted from the solid deposit – a moment of remarkable authenticity.

Step Two: Structural Analysis Our experienced specialists analyse the stone’s composition to ensure the stability of the staircase. The marble’s external veining provides clues to its internal structure, enabling us to determine precisely how the block must be cut to achieve the desired appearance and load-bearing capacity.

Step Three: Finalising the Design Based on the structural analysis of the stone, we refine the design of your staircase. Every detail is adapted to the characteristics of the natural material, creating a perfect union of aesthetics and stability.

Step Four: Transporting the Marble Block An impressive undertaking: the 50-tonne marble block is carefully loaded and transported to the production facility. Every gram of this natural wonder will form part of your personal staircase sculpture.

Step Five: Precision Manufacture The transformation begins at our production facility. Using state-of-the-art CNC technology, the solid marble block is hollowed out and shaped into a spiral staircase with millimetre precision. The process combines high-tech accuracy with the unique character of natural stone.

Step Six: Delivery and Installation. Once manufacture is complete, your bespoke marble staircase is transported to its destination. Our experts ensure professional installation so that the finished work of art is integrated seamlessly into your building project.
